Sasha is a dynamic and versatile lead and backing vocalist who joined the band in 2011, she is classically trained on piano and also is a contemporary trained vocalist who has been performing from the age of 7 when she appreared in her first musical theatre role as “Alice” in Alice in Wonderland”.
Sasha specialises in backing vocals and has worked as a session vocalist both live and recording for a number of artists and songwriters both in the UK and internationally.
With her professional career beginning at the age of 18, Sasha has supported the likes of Soul and Funk legends, The Blackbyrds (Created by Donald Byrd), Fred Wesley and The JB’s and she is also the lead singer and songwriter of UK Soul and Funk band Bambus City Strut. Sasha has become known not just for her talent, but also for her stage presence and audience engagement.
